ORDER NOTICE & DELIVERY TIMES:

• We deliver Monday - Saturday (Sunday by arrangement and minimum spend)
• Orders must be placed by 4:00pm 2 business days (48 hours) before your delivery date
• Orders can be delivered between 8:00am/9.00am and 4:00pm 6 days per week
• Your delivery can arrive within 60 minutes of your selected delivery time

• Pick Up:
  • Orders can be collected between 9:00am and 4:00pm 6 days per week (Monday – Saturday)
  • Orders on Sunday can be collected by arrangement

DELIVERY, COSTS & MINIMUM SPEND:

• Standard delivery fee CBD - $55.00
• Further - POA (Based on Postcode)

• Deliveries - Minimum spend
  • $290.00 Monday - Friday
  • $575.00 Saturday
  • $1,725.00 Sunday (by arrangement)
• Pick Up - Minimum spend
  • No minimum spend Monday – Friday
  • $575.00 Saturday
  • $1,150.00 Sunday (by arrangement)

• Deliveries required outside our standard delivery times of 8:00am - 4:00pm are subject to additional charges. Weekend delivery times with vary with the seasons
• Delivery areas are Auckland CBD & Central Suburbs

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Should you require a delivery with less than 48 hours’ notice please phone 09 376 1424 to discuss your request with our team
• Changes to your order require 48 hours’ notice and can be emailed through to [email protected]  or phoned through to 09 376 1424
• Credit card surcharges apply (3.5%) for VISA and Mastercard
• AMEX – not accepted
• Payment is required in full upon ordering or prior to delivery
• All prices include GST 
• Prices are subject to change
• Menu items with seasonal produce may be substituted due to availability and you will be notified
• All items are delivered cold, unless hot items selected
• Labels are not provided unless arranged prior/ ordered
• Boxes are fixed sizes and fixed quantity of items (these cannot be altered)
• Box presentation may vary from images provided and are white corrugated cardboard
• Bespoke boxes can be designed and quoted upon request

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

• Cancellation charges apply once the order has been confirmed and paid in full
• Orders cancelled within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable
• Orders cancelled more than 48 hours’ notice – a 50% refund of your total order applies, less administration fee ($25.00 and credit card surcharges)
